Peter established his business reputation in the food industry, creating and building the award winning Halo Foods group. When he sold the business in 2004, it employed some 500 people.

His entrepreneurial spirit and exacting standards gained much admiration from his peers in the industry. In 1995 he was awarded an OBE for his services to the food industry. His other accolades include a Sunday Telegraph food marketing award, the Daily Post Business Personality of the Year and being runner up as the Deloitte & Touche European Business Person of the Year.

Peter fulfilled a personal ambition by gaining his Private Pilot's Licence for helicopters. In so doing, he became aware of the need for a professionally run charter business with all-weather flying capability and a genuine commitment to customer service. He has invested substantially in the business and created a team of highly qualified and highly committed individuals who share his vision.
